Oxydia comes from a selection of the best Zibibbo grapes matured on the island in the warm African wind. Intense and aromatic, it has a complex and decisive aroma, with clear hints of apricot. Ideal with desserts, fresh and dried fruit. Splendid with spicy cheeses.

With its translucent gold-topaz color it introduces sweet aromas, where you can recognize aromas of candied fruit and quince, honey, salty and iodine notes, loquats, spice cues, pepper puffs, sultanas and liquorice root. Complete and complex taste, with an overwhelming alcoholic note kept however in harmony by the great flavor and freshness.

A very fine perlage that ripples a brilliant straw yellow wine. Fragrant aromas of yellow-paste fruit and citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime and mandarin). In the mouth it is agile, fresh and with a sweetness present but well balanced. From crostino with butter and anchovies, even if it does not look bad with Castelmagno, which is not excessively aged. Keep at 5 ° C just before serving.
