Distillates

This Grappa has been patiently stored in the Distillery's underground cellars in small French oak barrels. Sarpa Barrique is raised in small 225 litre French oak barrels. In its simplicity and elegance it encapsulates all the history and passion for distillation of the Poli family.

Smokehead is an intensely peaty whiskey, rich and with a hint of algae. The flavor is fresh, fruity and immense. Sherry, iodine, toffee, smoke and savory notes harmonized with each other. A perfect whiskey for all fans of peaty single malts

A blend of Armagnacs from 5 different years and 3 different grape varieties. The youngest component is 7 years old. All aged in oak barrels in our wine cellar until the present time. Beautifully elegant with notes of white fruit, nose of pear compote with spice. Fleshy and full, this eau-de-vie is long and mellow on the palate.

Notes of cocoa and flowers, a hint of vanilla. Straightforward attack on the palate, lovely balance and great freshness. Great length on the palate.
