It has a straw yellow color. The nose initially lets perceive vegetal notes then followed by citrus hints and embellished with mineral tones. The palate is full-bodied, fresh and pleasantly savory.
90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Viognier, goes perfectly with dishes based on shellfish and fish, white meats. Hints of fruits such as grapefruit and gooseberries precede a finish characterized by floral notes.
Chardonay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes subjected to cold pre-fermentation maceration and Pinot noir grapes vinified in white; pressing and decanting; alcoholic fermentation in barrique, with partial malolactic fermentation. Refining in bottle for 6 months.
