Geranium, London Dry gin, owes its name to the presence of essential oils extracted from the Geranium plant. The botanical herbs are macerated for 48 hours in the best neutral grain alcohol and distilled in an over 100-year-old still. Final result of a floral gin, delicate with exotic and persistent notes.

Bilanciatissimo. Caorunn Gin is a modern London Dry with dry and clean aromatic notes and a long dry finish. The nose is dominated by fresh floral and citrus notes, enhanced by light spicy and aromatic notes. The taste is clean, clear, sweet, full-bodied and aromatic, while the finish is vigorous and gives a long feeling of freshness and slightly dryness.

Tasting Notes: Aroma: Sweet with intense notes of dried fruit, grapes, cherry and plum. Strong presence of notes of vanilla, wood, walnut and mocha coffee. Taste: On the palate it leaves strong notes of grapes, plums, walnuts, with a touch of chocolate and coffee, for a long and silky finish.

This Grappa has been patiently stored in the Distillery's underground cellars in small French oak barrels. Sarpa Barrique is raised in small 225 litre French oak barrels. In its simplicity and elegance it encapsulates all the history and passion for distillation of the Poli family.

Citadelle gin is produced in Cognac, the birthplace of another well-known spirit. Using centuries-old wisdom handed down for five generations of master distillers, Alexandre Gabriel and the Pierre Ferrand winery have brought a complex, refined and elegant gin back to the market.
