Sparkling Wines

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that are mixed with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. On the palate it is initially fresh to then continue with mineral and biscuit notes.

Cuvée head of six great wines from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, Vertus, Grauves, with a touch of Trépail, made entirely from Chardonnay. Gold color with light green reflections. Creamy mousse, very fine and excellent hold. Nose: acacia and hawthorn. Palate: nutty and citrus flavor, with a slight sensation of brioche.

The intense freshness of this cuvée is an indication that it has at least 10 years of further evolution ahead of it. However, for those who can't wait ten years, this wine's excellent balance and oak ageing ensure that it is already drinking beautifully.

Taste: lively attack thanks to a low dosage that respects the authenticity of the wine. You can feel the minerality of the chalk. Flavors of citrus, almond, toasted bread immediately impose themselves

The 2012 Legras & Haas vintage combines intense freshness with palpable richness at every second of the tasting, it is a complete and ripe wine. It bears the mark of the great years, a direct and perfectly intelligible contact supported by an abundance of nuances.

The tasting reveals a subtle and rich structure, very aromatic. In the mouth intense and balanced by a creamy and melting mousse. It goes well with poultry or pasta with white truffles or aged Parmesan.

This delicate wine, created in the 1950s, was one of the first ever Rosé champagnes. It is also one of the most well-loved, particularly for its freshness that echoes Lanson Black Label.

Created in 1979, the Noble Cuvée is the fruit of this passion. Only 14 vintages were chosen to make the Noble Cuvée Brut. It is an audacious creation allowing the wines to be sublimated by time.

Long Term Storage 2008 is a limited edition of the legendary 2008 vintage that is revived with a further refinement on the yeasts and degorgement 2020. Unmissable!

The elegance of the fruit is associated with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are distinguished by the uniqueness of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a salty note in the finish.

Composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, it has been defined as a "multi-millésimé" Champagne. In its cuvée, at least four great vintages of previous vintages from the "Vins de Réserve ”.
