A very fragrant wine, obtained from a very ancient vine that has adapted well to the territories of Friuli Grave, where it manages to express its aromas with great softness and elegance.

The warm and bright straw color gives us the measure of fullness as well as the indication of complete maturity. Primary aromas are pronounced and slightly aromatic. There are hints that can be traced back to the lysis of yeasts and also ethereal sensations resulting from malolactic fermentation. To the taste the wine appears endowed with an interesting acidity and finesse.

Sauvignon is a white wine that conquers the palate thanks to an elegant freshness. The particular microclimate of the area, with a good temperature range, is ideal for the aromatic vines that here best express all the persuasive and fruity notes of their bouquet.

Wine produced with 80% Vermentino and 20% Chenin Blanc, with fresh and slightly sapid notes. Perfect as an aperitif and with fresh cheeses or fish of all kinds. The quality / price ratio of this wine is absolutely unbeatable, highly recommended!
