Ernest Remy

Mailly | Champagne - France

Champagne Ernest Remy honors the Pinot Noir grape of the territories of the Great Crus of Mailly-Champagne to the utmost.
The vineyards of the Maison Ernest Remy are all wisely distributed in the Grand Cru territories of Mailly-Champagne and Verzenay. They glorify Pinot Noir, a variety celebrated in this sector of the Great Mountain of Reims.
The Ernest Remy Champagnes are also born from the unexpected story of Alice and Tarek Berrada, both art historians. This stimulating challenge was born from their meeting in Switzerland: from the family heritage to revive all, or almost all, of the legend of Ernest Remy, adapting it to their ideas and style.

Golden appearance with slightly coppery reflections. The aroma is expressive, reminiscent of the fleshy fruits of the apple orchard. The taste is vinous, long and straight; ripe apple and pear dominate.
