Parusso

Monforte | Piedmont

The Parusso brothers are part of a family of winemakers who have cultivated a passion for viticulture for four generations. In 1985 Marco, a young winemaker, supported by his sister Tiziana, decided to change the company by starting to bottle the entire production. The company, located in Località Bussia between Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba, devotes meticulous care to the cultivation of the vineyards to produce great wines of refined finesse and elegance that only this terroir can give. Parusso-style Barolo, in line with tradition, can be drunk without waiting for distant times and places, combining longevity, freshness, fragrance with great digestibility. Unique interpretations also for Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba and Sauvignon Blanc. All this and much more make Marco Parusso one of the greatest interpreters of Barolo with his own "Style" of Life, Vine and Wine.

The 2017 Barolo Perarmando is a wine Marco and Tiziana Parusso made to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first vintage bottled by their father, Armando. It is a blend of the estate's vineyards, approximately 50% Bussia, 30% Mosconi and 20% Mariondino. Absolutely stellar from the very first taste, the Perarmando is compelling.

Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes produced in the various vineyards located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto. The classic Parusso Barolo is vinified as Parusso Armando produced it not separating the individual vineyards but assembling them into a single Barolo.
