Vinification: pressing and first fermentation 70% in thermoregulated steel tanks and 30% in barrique

Aging: 24 months in the bottle on its own lees, marketed at least 4 months after the dégorgement

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that are mixed with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. On the palate it is initially fresh to then continue with mineral and biscuit notes.

It is intense, ethereal but full and robust, of a garnet red color with orange reflections that become more evident with aging: a complex, harmonious and fascinating wine that continues to evolve showing new facets.

Pink onion skin with white foam, very fine and persistent perlage.

It smells of flowers (wild rose) and small red berry fruits (raspberry).
